1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

tkp188 reserves the right to verify a Member's eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the tkp188 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

When registering for an account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify tkp188 promptly of any changes via the account settings page or by contacting support.

3.3 — Identity Verification (KYC)

4.3 — Withdrawal Processing

4.4 — Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

4.5 — Returned and Declined Transactions

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 — General Betting Rules

5.3 — Void Bets and Cancellations
